When we experience our breath with total awareness, with no interference from our thoughts, we open the door to an inborn resource of immeasurable richness and depth. This resource is with us from the time we are born and stays with us each moment of our lives. The "Experience of Breath" school of teaching is a system which illuminates the basic principles of breath and guides us through the evolving levels of breath awareness. As our understanding of breath develops, we find ourselves in a process of transformation and healing.

Breath and Movement Classes

Each exercise in the Breath and Movement class is the creation
of a breath movement experience. Whether it is found through working with pressure points,  vowels and consonants, or through the body as it moves through space, our physical, emotional and spiritual beings become illuminated as the breath  leads us clearly to the next step we take on this exciting road of discovery, healing and balance.



INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

This one-hour session is often referred to as "Breath Dialogue" and  is
an opportunity to engage
in a unique one-on-one "conversation" with a trained practitioner. The subject responds to "suggestions" or "offers" made through the breathful hands of the practitioner. Together, practitioner and subject "converse" with the essence of breath as it evolves on its natural path of growth and development. This meaningful dialogue invites the subject to incorporate the health, vitality and physical, emotional and spiritual well-being that comes from working with the breath.  The practitioner is guided completely by trust in the intelligence of the Breath of the subject.
